Sponsoring a workshop allows you to reach serious buyers who are interested in learning more about your product(s). The AstroRob 2023 Workshop can be sponsored by any company related to Astronomical Developement (no matter whether is acting as exhibitor or not).
The Workshop is also designed to develop your exhibiting team and get them ready to do business on the show floor. Registered participants will be able to request unique individual business meetings with exhibitors.
Gold Sponsorship (Up to One): One brief presentation right after the opening session. This includes one digital sponsorship, with the logo showing up on the conference poster, webpage and social media (twitter), besides the logo on the promotional roll-up displayed. This includes 2 entrances to AstroRob23 including all social events. 4000 eur excl. Spanish VAT.
Silver Sponsorship (Up to Three): Three on-site exhibitors are allowed. Each will have a 2 m table, with two seats, and the possibility of one roll-up displayed, with their logo on the AstroRob23 website (sponsors and exhibitors page). This includes 2 entrances to AstroRob23 including all social events. Logos on the promotional roll-up displayed. 2500 eur excl. Spanish VAT
Bronze Sponsorship (Up to Six): Three coffee break sponsorships and three reception cocktail sponsorships. Logos on the promotional roll-up displayed and mentioned in the conference at the time of the given coffee break. This includes 1 entrance to AstroRob23 including all social events. 1000 eur excl. Spanish VAT
