The late registration fee is 590 eur per person (Including 21% Spanish VAT), which also accounts for coffee breaks, social events and the publication of the Proceedings.
Registration fee should be paid preferably by credit card or wire transfer before Oct 1. Otherwise it should be paid in cash during the registration (sunday 5 or monday 6 Oct).
In order to pay with credit or debit card (Visa, Master Card), you need to send an e-mail to Andalucia Travel Agency (info@andaluciatravel.es) authorizing the Agency to charge 490 € (after July 15), and providing the card number and the expiration date either by email or by phone (+34952383899) mentioning “ASTROROB2025”, plus additional details if you want an invoice from them:

a) For a company/institution invoice: full name of company/institution, fiscal number of company/institution and address of company/institution.
